Photonics Society Hosts Lecture on the Nancy Grace Roman Telescope

The IEEE Baltimore Chapter of the Photonics Society hosted a talk on the Nancy Grace Roman Telescope by Dr. Dave Content at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory.  Dr. Content described the science mission and the optical design of the telescope at the May technical meeting.  The Nancy Grace Roman Space telescope is the next NASA astrophysics flagship mission and is on track for launch in late 2026.  Visit the NASA Nancy Grace Roman site more details on this marvel of NASA ingenuity.
